The Alaska marmot is also known as the Brooks Range marmot or the Brower’s marmot, and they are found in the slopes of the Brooks Range in Alaska.

They Alaska marmot mainly feed on plants, grass, berries, moss and lichen and some roots.

This animal is sometimes hunted for their warm fur and food by the Alaskan Natives.

The Alaska marmot can range from 54 cm to 65 cm in length and weigh up to 4 kilograms.
