Description
The brown bear is a large mammal that lives in the North. They are also known as the grizzly bear.
Their color ranges from dark brown to light yellowish-brown. They measure from 1.4 to 2.8 m and weigh from 152 to 217 kg.
This omnivore eats roots, fruit, grass, insects, carcasses, and fish.
They live in many habitats, such as mountain forests, ice fields, and edges of deserts. Their lifespan is 20 to 35 years.
